JavaScript Job: ServiceNow Developer

Position: ServiceNow Developer

Location: New York, NY (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description: (The candidate must have not less than 10 years of experience in ServiceNow)

A ServiceNow developer is responsible for the ServiceNow platform of an organization, which supports IT service management to automate business processes. The role involves designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform. A ServiceNow developer must also manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.

The client is in the process of enhancing its ServiceNow ITSM platform and implementing new IT Business Management features, The consultants will:
Work with CMDB to implement APIs for CI feeds into the DB, load data into and between ServiceNow and other systems.
Create and configure business rules, UI pages, UI policies, and UI actions.
Develop new or modify existing workflow and process automation within ServiceNow.
Create new or modify existing ServiceNow reports, dashboards, using core SNOW and performance analytics modules.
Work on building out the IT service catalogue items in ServiceNow.
Provide support to integrate ServiceNow into other applications.

Experience:

Experience in working or developing in Javascript, PHP, C, JAVA, Perl, HTML or HTML 5
Use languages and third party controls such as .NET, C# and AJAX
ServiceNow administration experience in an enterprise environment.
ServiceNow system administration certification
Experience with web-based scripting languages
Familiarity with LDAP, MS, Active Directory, ADFS
